Monica Lussier is a licensed real estate professional with a primary market focus in Santa Cruz County. With more than 21 years of experience, Monica is known for guiding both buyers and sellers through complex real estate decisions with clarity, integrity, and steady leadership.

Over the course of her career, Monica has represented more than $210 million in closed sales volume, including over $22 million in the past 12 months. Her business is centered on listing and selling homes, with a strong emphasis on coastal properties, second homes, and lifestyle-driven transitions. She also brings deep experience supporting buyers, senior transitions, and clients navigating move-up or move-down decisions.
